Thanks for the feedback. Reason I was asking is that I'm looking for a rope coming some sort of close to the feel of a reata. See, I simply can't afford to spend several hundreds. Was thinking of a 4 strand poly so far but was not sure about Nylon/Poly blends. So, thanks again.

If you are looking for the feel of a reata a 4 strand poly is the closest thing you will find. But a nylon poly blend may be easier for some to learn with.
