Kevin, thanks for the input. My original design of the site had a ranch roping section. I opted to take it out in the initial stages of the site and plan on adding it as we get more traffic/members to the forum. If there is enough interest in adding one now, I would not be opposed to putting one in. I think there is a lot of people these days who could use the help.

That's great! I don't have much to add to a roping forum aside from enthusiasm and a desperate need so I will patiently wait for this great forum to catch on and make a roping sub-forum sustainable.

I really like the idea of a ranch roping forum. I do a lot of roping and enjoy helping people learn how to rope properly without stressing the livestock. I also love learning more about roping as I am NOT an expert on the subject.

I handle a rope like a web-fingered troglodite . . . .

Default Ranch roping? I'M IN!

I would be glad to help in the areas I know and even gladder (is that a word?) to learn the areas I don't know.

I'd love a ranch roping forum. Definitely one of my favorite things to do and talk about.

I would love a ranch roping forum. There is not a lot of info out there on ranch roping. I found out I needed help with my ranch roping when I attended a branding last fall. I thought I would do fine since I came from a team roping back ground but boy was I wrong. a quote from my then 10 year old son "Wow Dad!! What's wrong?!!!! You never miss at the arena." As if I needed that when my confidence was already shattered.
